Cost-Share Application Announcements

Oldham County Ag Investment Program (CAIP) and Youth Ag Incentives Program (YAIP) cost-share applications are now available at the Oldham County Extension office and linked below. Program Administrator Laraine Staples is available to help with completing applications on Wednesdays in June at the Extension Office. Please call (502) 222-9453 to schedule an appointment.

CAIP Applicants must have an Ag Water Quality Plan completed and filed with their local Conservation District in order to apply for cost-share. Visit https://www.uky.edu/bae/awqp to get information on creating an Ag Water Quality Plan. Print copies and assistance available at the Oldham County Extension office.

Those awarded CAIP/YAIP cost-share funding must participate in an educational program and submit a signed certification form when submitting receipts for reimbursement. Please plan ahead to have this taken care of before the project deadline. Some project areas may require specific educational programs. Educational programs must relate to the cost-share project being completed. Please contact Traci Missun for information about qualifying educational programs in Oldham County.

Find Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund information about qualifying projects and guidelines online from the Kentucky Office of Ag Policy, or contact Ag Agent Traci via traci.missun@uky.edu for more information.
